The Corfu Seamen’s Association will decide on Monday whether or not to continue their strike.
CORFU. According to the Corfu Seamen’s Association ‘Agios Spyridon’, there has been a positive response from the ministry, but the problem lies in the discussions with the ferryboat owners regarding collective agreements.
They held another meeting on Friday with the Greek Seamen’s Federation but without a result, according to the Association.
On Monday, they will meet again with the ferryboat owners. If no positive developments come from the meeting, then the seamen will meet and decide on what action to take.
