A woman and her 7-year-old child were injured in a road accident at the New Port just after 21:00 last night.
According to initial information, the car hit a street light without the reason being known.
The mother and child suffered minor injuries and were taken immediately by ambulance to Corfu Hospital for first aid and examinations.
