Two road accidents early on Saturday morning

There were two road accidents early on Saturday morning, 15 October. One happened at Sotiriotissa at around 05:00 when a car with five people in it driving away from town lost control and hit a wall. All five were injured and taken to Corfu Hospital. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

The other accident took place just after midnight in Gouvia (near to Priftis) when two cars were involved in a collision, with one of them overturning. The three people in the two vehicles were taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
