ATHENS. EODY announced 2,070 laboratory confirmed new cases on Monday 26 July - including 21 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 2,070 confirmed new cases today. 13 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 477,975, of which 51.2% are males. Over the last 7 days 125 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,241 are connected with known cases.
There were 5 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 12,903. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
147 patients are intubated in ICUs.The average age is 65 and 87.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 2,791 patients have been discharged from ICUs
The number of new hospital admissions is 158 (-3.66%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 159.
