Two arrested with 1.5kg cannabis and cannabis plants

CORFU. Two men, aged 39 and 40, were arrested by the Regional Drugs Squad on Tuesday in collaboration with a team from Corfu Port Authority and a sniffer dog.
In a search of the men's house in Kanoni and the surrounding fenced-in area the following were found and seized:
- 8 pots with 12 cannabis plants 26cm - 62cm in height.
- 4 plastic bags with 1.038kg, 391g, 106g and 33g of unprocessed cannabis.
- A plastic container with 23g of unprocessed cannabis.
- A roll-up cigarette with unprocessed cannabis
- A plastic bag with 120g of cannabis leaves.
- Digital precision scales
Corfu Port Authority is conducting an interrogation.
