Corfu tourist describes her accident with quad bike
CORFU. The British woman, Maddy Morris, described her terrifying experience during her holidays.
Enikos.gr described the experience of a British woman, which was published in the Daily Mail.
As the woman told the Daily Mail, she and her friend rented a quad bike to get around the island and ended up falling off a cliff. According to her: "I did not know if it was due to a mechanical failure, therough terrain or if she lost the control", and added "I thought i was going to die".
After the incident, some passers-by helped her and her friend and they were rushed to hospital with muliple injuries. She said that she felt "lucky to be alive".
The student published photos with her injuries. The two girls were trapped under the quad bike for some minutes, until some passers-by managed to lift it off them.
