CORFU. The Ionian Island Regional Administration and Ionian Island Police Department are co-organizing an event for the prevention of drug addiction and AIDS with the support of STIRIXIS (Support) Society.
The event is taking place on Friday 22nd June at 21:00 outside the Museum of Asian Art.
The event is called 'We're building bridges of cooperation: We say NO to drugs' and will include:
- Short talks from the Regional Administrator Theodoros Galiatsatos and Ionian Police Chief Ioannis Matsoukas.
- Musical 'Dust in the Wind' directed by Petros Gallias and based on the late Nikos Morou's play 'Are you OK, mate?'.
The event is being organized for the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (26 June).
Admission free
There will be a press conference on Wednesday 20th June at 11:00 in the Ionian Islands Regional building at Alykes Potamos.
