PAXOS. About 35 businesses were hit by the Friday night’s rainfall.
The unprecedented rainfall caused an accumulation of water of up to 80 cm in the island's capital. According to the Mayor of Paxos, Spyros Vlachopoulos, 35 local businesses suffered damage to equipment and merchandise.
The damages were recorded by the Fire Service and the Region of Ionian Islands administration.
