Corfu Chefs’ Club at 22nd CEUCO Pan-European Council

CORFU. Strong presence of Greek gastronomy in Spain.

The Chefs’ Club made a strong and meaningful presence at the 22nd CEUCO Pan-European Council of Gastronomy and Oenology, which was held this year in the historic town of O Grove, in Galicia, Spain.

Following an honorary invitation from the Acropolis Chefs’ Club, the Club was duly represented by Konstantinos Varelis and Dimitra Merianou. At this leading annual European festival, the participation aimed to promote Greece’s culinary heritage and to support gastronomic traditions at an international level.

Through its active involvement, the Corfu Chefs’ Club made a decisive contribution to:

  • Highlighting the culture and gastronomic identity of our country.

  • Showcasing the uniqueness and richness of Greek cuisine among Europe’s leading culinary representatives.

  • Strengthening relations with international institutions in the fields of gastronomy and oenology.

For the Club, this participation represents a continuation of its commitment to representing our region with an outward-looking approach, promoting Corfu and Greece as premier gastronomic destinations.
