Breakdowns in five boreholes in North Corfu over the weekend

CORFU. In the areas of Troumpeta / Agios Martinos / Kassiopi-Sinies / Gousades - Magoulades / Velonades - Vothynas. Repairs were completed in record time.
The Municipality of North Corfu informs residents that over the weekend of June 28–29, simultaneous breakdowns occurred in five boreholes of the water supply network.
Serious malfunctions were reported:

At the borehole in Troumpeta, which supplies the entire Municipal Unit of Agios Georgios – both the inland and coastal areas.

At the FK4 borehole in Agios Martinos, which serves the needs of Acharavi, Roda, and Agios Spyridon.

At the boreholes serving:

Kassiopi–Sinies

Gousades–Magoulades

Velonades–Vothynas

The municipal services, in collaboration with specialised technical crews, were immediately mobilised and worked intensively throughout the weekend to repair the damage.
We inform you that the network is now operating normally, and water supply has been fully restored.
The Municipality sincerely thanks the citizens for their understanding, patience, and cooperation during this emergency situation.
It also kindly urges customers to promptly settle any outstanding payments.
