Study for renovation of Municipal Theatre with participation of local stakeholders
CORFU. The consultation proceedings will take place on Friday, November 29, at 10:00 a.m. in the Foyer of the Municipal Theatre.
The Mayor of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands, Stefanos Poulimenos, invites local stakeholders with a direct interest in and the ability to contribute decisively to the transformation of the Municipal Theatre into a landmark for the town to a Consultation Workshop regarding the planned upgrade of the Municipal Theatre.
The consultation proceedings will take place on Friday, November 29, at 10:00 a.m. in the Foyer of the Corfu Municipal Theatre, under the coordination of Professor Yiannis Aesopos, an EU expert on urban regeneration and a Professor of Architectural and Urban Design at the University of Patras.
This initiative is part of the framework of the “New European Bauhaus (NEB)”, selected for designing the action “Upgrade of the Corfu Municipal Theatre and Development of Outdoor Spaces.”
The core values of the NEB are aesthetics, sustainability, inclusivity and participation in the implementation of individual actions, aiming to create beautiful, sustainable, and inclusive living spaces.
