Invitation to property owners in Old Town to declare ownership
CORFU. 15-day deadline for Dionysios Solomos St, Nikiforos Theotokis St, Theotokis Michail St, Dimarchou Kolla St and Scholemvourgou St.
It has been announced that in the Department of Urban Planning of the Directorate of Building Services, Urban Planning & Environment of the Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands Municipality, topographic and cadastral maps as well as alphabetical and numerical cadastral tables, prepared as part of the study “Special Urban Planning Study for the Old Town of Corfu”, have been posted.
This constitutes the 2nd posting of the cadastre for the aforementioned study.
Property owners of real estate located within Corfu Old Town, in the area enclosed by Dionysios Solomos Street, Nikiforos Theotokis Street, Theotokis Michail Street, Dimarchou Kolla Street and Scholemvourgou Street, are invited to visit the Directorate of Building Services, Urban Planning & Environment (Ionian Islands Regional Building), located at Sp. Samaras 13, P.O. Box 49100, Corfu, within 15 days from the latest publication of this notice, to submit their property declarations and review the corrections to the maps and tables resulting from the processing of the 1st posting.
Within the same deadline, declarations can also be submitted via email to d.poleodomias@corfu.gov.gr.
It is stressed that submitting property declarations is a vital prerequisite for the accurate completion of the study.
