How autumn storm hit Corfu

CORFU. The reception area of a well-known hotel in Messonghi/Moraitika flooded. Panels from the swimming pool came loose and flew off due to the gale-force winds. And it goes without saying that the Spilia area was flooded once again!
In Spilia (where else?), there was the usual story with the first rainfall, to the glory of the Regional Authority, the Port Authority (OLKE), and DEYAK, who continue to neglect the project that would solve the problem.
So, the drains overflowed, rats and filth emerged, as is customary, with the heavy downpour from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m!

The gale-force winds also uprooted trees in Corfu Town, Moraitika/Benitses, and Perithia. The reception area of a large hotel in Moraitika flooded. Firefighters rushed to the scene with vehicles and pumps.
The wind also broke some panels at the indoor swimming pool, which is now assessing the damage.
