Missing woman found safe and well

CORFU. The 76-year-old woman was taken to hospital for precautionary reasons.

The anxiety is over for 76-year-old Galatea Revythi, who had been missing since the early hours of Monday morning. The elderly woman, who suffers from dementia, was found safe late in the evening on Miltiades Margaritis Street.

As a precaution, the 76-year-old was taken by ambulance to Corfu Hospital. Her family had announced her disappearance from the Platytera area on social media straight away, and her photo was shared with all the police patrol crews in order to locate her.
