CORFU. With this initiative, the school will participate in a regional, as well as a national robotics competition, which will take place in the coming period.

(4th Experimental Primary School) Corfu Athenagorio 4th Experimental Primary School is one of the schools in the country that have received Robotics Kits, as part of the initiative "1821 Small Revolution in Education". It involves educating students in robotics, engineering and programming.

The introduction of innovative practices and tools in schools, such as robotics kits, provides children with the opportunity to develop their skills in an experiential way and to leverage new sciences and technologies. Already, this material is being utilised effectively in the school to achieve broader goals.

At the same time, there is currently an initiative underway to link this action with the celebration of the National Anniversary of 1821, with significant applications in robotics. The activities involve students of all grades, so that all children can participate and become beneficiaries of this opportunity.

In each class, teams have been established to work under the guidance of teachers trained in the programme, so that each team can go through all three stages of robotics: construction, programming, and disassembly of a robot, and delve deeper into its practices.

With this initiative, the school will participate in a regional, as well as a national robotics competition, which will take place in the coming period.
