Christmas packages to 300 families from North Corfu Municipality
CORFU. "The Christmas packages include long-life food and meat and are distributed with respect and dignity."
The North Corfu Municipality distributed "Christmas solidarity packages" to 300 families (including large families) through the services of Civil Protection and the "Help at Home" programme, in order to help and support families, financially weak people and vulnerable groups. The Christmas packages include long-life food and meat and are distributed with respect and dignity.
"Our thoughts are with everyone that is struggling, with everyone that is trying to make ends meet. We stand by them. Not only during holidays, but always. We would also like congratulate the Holy Metropolis of Corfu, Paxos and the Diapontia Islands for its long-standing offer to our vulnerable fellow humans, teaching solidarity towards them".
