New 112 service evacuation alert for some areas in North Corfu

CORFU. Another alert from the 112 service has asked for the evacuation of the areas Roux, Katavola, Kentroma, Tritsi, Kokkilas, Sarakiniatika, Plagia, Kalami, Vlachatika and Kavaleraina.
According to information received, Old Perithia, Santa, Megoulas and Porta Sinies are being evacuated. The authorities have asked residents to leave their homes and take their vehicles with them so as to allow easier access to firefighting vehicles.
Another alert from the 112 service has also asked for the evacuation of the areas Roux, Katavola, Kentroma, Tritsi, Kokkilas, Sarakiniatika, Plagia, Kalami, Vlachatika and Kavaleraina.
It has been reported in social media that firefighting reinforcements have arrived on the island from Preveza, Arta and Ioannina.
