CORFU. Yet again, it was only by good fortune that nobody was injured.
Due to the lack of proper maintenance combined with the weather conditions, yet another traditional lantern came away in Pinia, in the heart of the Old Town.
The incident happenedust a few days after another lantern fell to the ground in Liston - and with no strong winds.
And yet again, it was only by good fortune that nobody was injured.
