ATHENS. EODY announced 44,775 new cases from 19 to 25 September - including 312 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 44,775 confirmed new cases last week, 26% of which were reinfections. The total number of cases in Greece is now 4,920,192, of which 52% are females.
The number of new hospital admissions is 819, while 715 have been discharged from hospital.
79 patients are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 70 and 96.2% have underlying health conditions or are over 70.
There were 97 deaths taking the total number of fatalities to 33,111. 96% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
