ATHENS. EODY announced 33,590 new cases from 5 to 11 September - including 244 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 33,590 confirmed new cases last week, 22% of which were reinfections. The total number of cases in Greece is now 4,838,811, of which 51.9% are females.
The number of new hospital admissions is 793, while 867 have been discharged from hospital.
101 patients are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 70 and 96% have underlying health conditions or are over 70.
There were 129 deaths taking the total number of fatalities to 32,894. 96% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
