North Corfu road maintenance and repair work

The contract was signed on Thursday 16 June with the contractor Techniki Emporiki A.E. for the maintenance and repair of municipal roads in Kassiopi, Thinalia, Agios Georgios and Esperia districts

North Corfu Mayor Giorgos Mahimaris said it was a historic day and stressed that the work will be the first stage in a series of projects to improve the municipal roads in the Kassiopi, Thinalia, Agios Georgios and Esperia districts, contributing to the safety of all those using them and improving accessibility for the coming decades.

The work is scheduled to begin immediately, starting with the Agios Georgios-Aspiotades road (Pagi-Agros communities), the coastal road to Agios Andreas (Karousades community), Kavadades - from Kokkinou to Agios Georgios (Kavadades community), Sidari water slides bypass (Sidari community) and others.
