ATHENS. EODY announced 4,493 laboratory confirmed new cases on Friday 10 June - including 50 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 4,493 confirmed new cases today. The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,492,268, of which 48.8% are males.
The number of probable reinfections over the last 24 hours is 559 and the total number of reinfections since the beginning of the pandemic is estimated at 140,705 (3.9% of the total number of positive cases).
There were 17 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 29,997. 95.6% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
110 patients are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 70 and 91.8% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,696 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 86 (-15.69%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 91.
