ATHENS. EODY announced 2,501 laboratory confirmed new cases on Monday 6 June - including 30 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 2,501 confirmed new cases today. The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,473,141, of which 48.8% are males.
The number of probable reinfections over the last 24 hours is 300 and the total number of reinfections since the beginning of the pandemic is estimated at 138,152 (3.8% of the total number of positive cases).
There were 10 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 29,927. 95.6% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
119 patients are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 70 and 92.4% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,687 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 95 (+39.71%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 86.
