ATHENS. EODY announced 3,769 laboratory confirmed new cases on Thursday 2 June - including 32 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 3,769 confirmed new cases today. The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,461,025, of which 48.8% are males.
The number of probable reinfections over the last 24 hours is 406 and the total number of reinfections since the beginning of the pandemic is estimated at 136,780 (3.8% of the total number of positive cases).
There were 9 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 29,869. 95.6% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
131 patients are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 71 and 92.4% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,685 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 94 (+13.25%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 89.
