ATHENS. EODY announced 10,358 laboratory confirmed new cases on Sunday 3 April - including 111 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 10,358 confirmed new cases today. No cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,077,711, of which 49.1% are males. Over the last 7 days, 140 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,596 are connected with known cases.
There were 58 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 27,684. 95.3% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
356 patients are intubated in ICUs. 210 (58.99%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 146 (41.01%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 69 and 91.9% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,476 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 416 (-5.88%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 452.
