ATHENS. EODY announced 21,099 laboratory confirmed new cases on Thursday 31 March - including 210 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 21,099 confirmed new cases today. 14 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,030,429, of which 49.1% are males. Over the last 7 days, 177 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,525 are connected with known cases.
There were 51 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 27,510. 95.3% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
355 patients are intubated in ICUs. 209 (58.87%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 146 (41.13%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 69 and 92.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,459 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 457 (-3.38%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 431.
