ATHENS. EODY announced 22,451 laboratory confirmed new cases on Wednesday 30 March - including 228 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 22,451 confirmed new cases today. 29 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 3,009,333, of which 49.2% are males. Over the last 7 days, 189 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,330 are connected with known cases.
There were 60 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 27,454. 95.3% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
348 patients are intubated in ICUs. 203 (58.33%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 145 (41.67%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 70 and 92.2% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,451 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 473 (+4.42%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 425.
