ATHENS. EODY announced 22,694 laboratory confirmed new cases on Monday 14 March - including 176 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 22,694 confirmed new cases today. 37 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 2,658,296, of which 49.3% are males. Over the last 7 days, 219 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,383 are connected with known cases.
There were 70 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 26,635. 95.2% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
364 patients are intubated in ICUs. 244 (67.03%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 120 (32.97%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 68 and 90.4% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,357 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 242 (-17.41%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 284.
