EODY reports 59 new cases of Covid-19 in Corfu today - 7 March

ATHENS. EODY announced 8,639 laboratory confirmed new cases on Monday 7 March - including 59 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 8,639 confirmed new cases today. 26 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 2,517,111, of which 49.5% are males. Over the last 7 days, 193 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,457 are connected with known cases.
There were 52 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 26,246. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
370 patients are intubated in ICUs. 256 (69.19%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 114 (30.81%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 68 and 88.4% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,307 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 255 (-7.61%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 283.
