EODY reports 144 new cases of Covid-19 in Corfu today - 23 February

ATHENS. EODY announced 16,962 laboratory confirmed new cases on Wednesday 23 February - including 144 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 16,962 confirmed new cases today. 35 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 2,353,577, of which 49.6% are males. Over the last 7 days, 297 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,003 are connected with known cases.
There were 53 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 25,538. 95% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
459 patients are intubated in ICUs. 333 (72.55%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 126 (27.45%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 67 and 88.2% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 4,232 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 372 (+2.48%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 353.
