CORFU. Rescuers recovered body of a passenger listed as missing on the ferry boat where fire broke out on the 3rd level on Friday morning.
According to the Fire Department, the dead body was pulled out of the ferry boat - the first reported fatality since the fire broke out on the 3rd level early on Friday morning.
The body, which had suffered serious burns, was discovered on the 2nd level.
According to the Fire Department, it was the body of a man and the search is continuing for the remaining 10 missing persons.
Firefighters have been able to reach the garage on the 2nd level and are checking the vehicles one by one.
