EODY reports 186 new cases of Covid-19 in Corfu today - 19 January

ATHENS. EODY announced 20,107 laboratory confirmed new cases on Wednesday 19 January - including 186 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 20,107 confirmed new cases today. 60 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 1,723,496, of which 49.8% are males. Over the last 7 days, 430 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,332 are connected with known cases.
There were 88 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 22,285. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
683 patients are intubated in ICUs. 557 (81.55%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 126 (18.45%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 65 and 80.4% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,931 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 553 (+16.42%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 537.
