ATHENS. EODY announced 27,766 laboratory confirmed new cases on Monday 10 January - including 207 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 27,766 confirmed new cases today. 85 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 1,535,382, of which 49.9% are males. Over the last 7 days, 610 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,727 are connected with known cases.
There were 85 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 21,479. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
654 patients are intubated in ICUs. 545 (83.33%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 109 (16.67%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 64 and 80.6% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,828 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 536 (-15.19%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 570.
