EODY reports 185 new cases of Covid-19 in Corfu today - 7 January

ATHENS. EODY announced 29,334 laboratory confirmed new cases on Friday 7 January - including 185 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 29,334 confirmed new cases today. 87 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 1,451,354, of which 50.0% are males. Over the last 7 days, 447 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,610 are connected with known cases.
There were 78 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 21,263. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
632 patients are intubated in ICUs. 538 (85.13%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 94 (14.87%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 64 and 79.6% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,808 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 612 (+3.2%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 511.
