ATHENS. EODY announced 6,201 laboratory confirmed new cases on Friday 3 December - including 96 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 6,201 confirmed new cases today. 3 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 957,552, of which 50.6% are males. Over the last 7 days, 98 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,106 are connected with known cases.
There were 97 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 18,427. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
694 patients are intubated in ICUs. 549 (79.11%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 145 (20.89%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 65 and 80.3% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,544 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 422 (-6.84%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 449.
