ATHENS. EODY announced 6,196 laboratory confirmed new cases on Wednesday 1 December - including 88 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 6,196 confirmed new cases today. 3 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 945,095, of which 50.6% are males. Over the last 7 days, 94 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,769 are connected with known cases.
There were 75 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 18,234. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
690 patients are intubated in ICUs. 550 (79.71%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 140 (20.29%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 64 and 79.9% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,530 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 507 (+28.68%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 466.
