ATHENS. EODY announced 5,870 laboratory confirmed new cases on Saturday 27 November - including 85 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 5,870 confirmed new cases today. 12 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 920,683, of which 50.6% are males. Over the last 7 days, 109 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,740 are connected with known cases.
There were 82 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 17,861. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
641 patients are intubated in ICUs. 518 (80.81%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 123 (19.19%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 65 and 81.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,493 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 451 (-6.63%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 446.
