ATHENS. EODY announced 6,602 laboratory confirmed new cases on Friday 26 November - including 114 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 6,602 confirmed new cases today. 14 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 914,824, of which 50.6% are males. Over the last 7 days, 113 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,674 are connected with known cases.
There were 86 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 17,779. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
630 patients are intubated in ICUs. 506 (80.32%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 124 (19.68%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 65 and 81.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,487 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 483 (-5.48%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 446.
