ATHENS. EODY announced 6,862 laboratory confirmed new cases on Friday 12 November - including 92 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 6,862 confirmed new cases today. 11 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 821,900, of which 50.7% are males. Over the last 7 days, 129 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,072 are connected with known cases.
There were 55 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 16,616. 95.3% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
508 patients are intubated in ICUs. 423 (83.27%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 85 (16.73%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 65 and 82.5% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,391 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 405 (-6.03%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 402.
