ATHENS. EODY announced 4,696 laboratory confirmed new cases on Saturday 30 October - including 43 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 4,696 confirmed new cases today. 13 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 739,448, of which 50.8% are males. Over the last 7 days, 159 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,023 are connected with known cases.
There were 38 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 15,894. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
404 patients are intubated in ICUs. 344 (85.15%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 60 (14.85%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 65 and 79.7% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,312 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 277 (-6.1%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 263.
