ATHENS. EODY announced 4,165 laboratory confirmed new cases on Tuesday 26 October - including 28 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 4,165 confirmed new cases today. 7 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 724,571, of which 50.8% are males. Over the last 7 days, 144 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,876 are connected with known cases.
There were 25 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 15,707. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
380 patients are intubated in ICUs. 327 (86.05%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 53 (13.95%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 66 and 79.5% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,290 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 261 (+19.18%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 236.
