ATHENS. EODY announced 2,125 laboratory confirmed new cases on Monday 4 October - including 25 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 2,125 confirmed new cases today. 5 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 663,433, of which 50.9% are males. Over the last 7 days, 90 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,897 are connected with known cases.
There were 36 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 14,956. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
342 patients are intubated in ICUs. 304 (88.89%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 38 (11.11%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 66 and 80.1% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,180 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 138 (-15.34%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 162.
