ATHENS. EODY announced 1,165 laboratory confirmed new cases on Sunday 3 October - including 18 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 1,165 confirmed new cases today. 5 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 661,308, of which 50.9% are males. Over the last 7 days, 85 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,228 are connected with known cases.
There were 31 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 14,920. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
332 patients are intubated in ICUs. 298 (89.76%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 34 (10.24%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 65 and 79.8% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,170 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 163 (+6.54%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 166.
