ATHENS. EODY announced 2,232 laboratory confirmed new cases on Thursday 30 September - including 25 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 2,232 confirmed new cases today. 2 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 655,767, of which 50.9% are males. Over the last 7 days, 71 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 3,205 are connected with known cases.
There were 33 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 14,828. 95.4% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
326 patients are intubated in ICUs. 293 (89.88%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 33 (10.12%) are completely vaccinated. The average age is 66 and 79.8% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,160 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 158 (-23.3%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 177.
