EODY reports 26 new cases of Covid-19 in Corfu today - 5 September

ATHENS. EODY announced 1,291 laboratory confirmed new cases on Sunday 5 September - including 26 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 1,291 confirmed new cases today. 22 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 599,951, of which 51% are males. Over the last 7 days, 155 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,591 are connected with known cases.
There were 43 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 13,886. 95.3% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
381 patients are intubated in ICUs. 343 (90.03%) of intubated patients are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, 38 (9.97%) are vaccinated. The average age is 64 and 82.9% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 3,002 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 270 (+34.33%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 238.
