ATHENS. EODY announced 4,181 laboratory confirmed new cases on Tuesday 10 August - including 64 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 4,181 confirmed new cases today. 11 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 521,399, of which 51.2% are males. Over the last 7 days, 116 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,489 are connected with known cases.
There were 19 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 13,118. 95.2% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
219 patients are intubated in ICUs. The average age is 65 and 84.5% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 2,848 patients have been discharged from ICUs.
The number of new hospital admissions is 211 (-0.47%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 206.
