ATHENS. EODY announced 1,558 laboratory confirmed new cases on Sunday 18 July - including 13 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 1,558 confirmed new cases today. 11 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 457,312, of which 51.2% are males. Over the last 7 days 148 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,557 are connected with known cases.
There were 10 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 12,850. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
123 patients are intubated in ICUs.The average age is 66 and 87.8% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 2,757 patients have been discharged from ICUs
The number of new hospital admissions is 132 (+8.2%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 109.
