ATHENS. EODY announced 619 laboratory confirmed new cases on Sunday 4 July - including 6 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 619 confirmed new cases today. 8 cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 425,964 of which 51.2% are males. Over the last 7 days 107 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,182 are connected with known cases.
There were 6 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 12,737. 95.2% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
177 patients are intubated in ICUs.The average age is 66 and 85.3% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 2,700 patients have been discharged from ICUs
The number of new hospital admissions is 30 (-33.33%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 36.
