ATHENS. EODY announced 1,886 laboratory confirmed new cases on Tuesday 1 June including 25 in Corfu
EODY announced that there were 1,886 confirmed new cases today. 5 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 404,163, of which 51.2% are males. Over the last 7 days 29 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 1,880 are connected with known cases.
There were 27 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 12,122. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
482 patients are intubated in ICUs.The average age is 67and 86.9% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 2,442 patients have been discharged from ICUs
The number of new hospital admissions is 173 (+14.57%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 202.
