ATHENS. EODY announced 1,905 laboratory confirmed new cases on Thursday 27 May including 19 in Corfu.
EODY announced that there were 1,905 confirmed new cases today. 3 of the cases were detected at entry points.
The total number of cases in Greece is now 396,970, of which 51.2% are males. Over the last 7 days 24 of the cases are connected to arrivals from abroad and 2,013 are connected with known cases.
There were 39 deaths today taking the total number of fatalities to 11,955. 95.1% of these had underlying health conditions or were over 70.
540 patients are intubated in ICUs.The average age is 67and 85.2% have underlying health conditions or are over 70. 2,401 patients have been discharged from ICUs
The number of new hospital admissions is 206 (-17.6%) and the average number of admissions throughout the country over the last 7 days is 231.
